Choosing the best route isn’t always easy. It involves many factors like traffic, disruptions, weather, and price, and decisions have to be made ASAP, if you want to catch that bus...

Our new feature considers these tradeoffs to come up with the top recommendation and AI-powered insights for you. Clever!
From ‘Classic’ to ‘Best’
We've selected the top two routes and generated a summary with AI that explains why we think it makes the grade. That might be based on hidden factors that aren’t immediately obvious, like tight transfers and route frequency.
The coloured tags help identify the underlying reasons. If you want to go deeper, you can expand the info.
You may spot some mistakes in the summaries (we’re still in beta after all, and AI isn't perfect as we know...). If that happens, hit the π or π button to leave some feedback – everything you send will be read by us. π

Privacy first AI
We’re using a third-party AI tool to generate our insights, using information such as the time of the journey, the list of journey search results, and important attributes of each journey.
We do not share any of your personal data with them. No start or end location, no current location, no home or work address, and no name, email, or device information.
