Our routing results now show wheelchair-accessible routes in a special section everytime you search for directions. 🎉

Our routes avoid stairs, and so also work for users with luggage or strollers.

We route you to the right station entrances and exits via ramps and elevators.

We tell you accurate transfer times based on how many elevators you need to take.

We adjust walking times for people with reduced mobility.

Routes prioritise simplicity over travel times. 

We've also reprogrammed our routing engine so that it learns new priorities.

We collected data for around 350 stations, and built a system around it. This covers all transport in the Tri-state area! It was a lot work, and took us some time, but the result will help make taking transit in the New York metropolitan region easier for all.
