The app thinks I'm in a different city, how do I switch?
Tap the Settings icon in the top-left corner on the home screen, then select "City." Here you'll find a long list of every city you can virtually travel to (over 100+!)! If you still have issues with your location, please get in touch.
How can I change my Citymapper account?
To change your email account with us, write to us and let us know your old and new details. We'll do the rest.
How do I delete my Citymapper account?
To delete your account, please write to us and let us know your account details, we'll let you know once it is deleted. Bye for now 😢
How can I save or change my home/work address?
You cannot erase a home or work address after creating one. To add or change an address, tap on the three dots next to Get Me Somewhere. Select 'Edit Work/Home' from the pop-up options, and away you go 🎉
How can I save a bus stop, metro station or transit line?
Tap on the star at the top of the bus stop, metro stop or line page, and it's saved on the homepage ⭐️
How can I change my notification settings?
On iPhone, tap the Settings icon in the top-left of the home screen and scroll to Notifications. There’s a link here to the system settings, too.
On Android, specific alerts can be turned on or off from the Issues page, found on the home screen. For system settings, exit the app, press and hold the Citymapper icon, and then press the ℹ️ button. Here you’ll find all the settings you could need.
