The live departure time is missing or inaccurate

Sometimes, even our real-time data can be wrong. We're always checking our departure times and updating them if they are not right. In cities where real-time data is not available, departure times come from the schedule. Rest assured, we're already asking operators for the data you need.

The scheduled departure time is early or late

We use live updates to accurately estimate when your bus or train will arrive. When real-time information is not available, we default to scheduled departure times. If you find that the schedule is consistently early or late, drop us a note so we can investigate it.

There isn't enough time for me to transfer between buses or trains

Don't worry! Our data team builds transfer buffers into the app so we never ask you to go into turbo-mode. However, let us know if any of our transfers are too short and we'll make sure to adjust it ✌️
