Aside: the new feature in @Citymapper that shows the transit options folks will have come April 2019 with the L train shutdown is a good use of civic tech. (And that they released it four months ahead of time.) https://t.co/x9U3OuOV6m
I showed my friend and his wife, both of whom are about 5 to 10 years older than me, the CityMapper app. They have stopped driving and now take public transport. They find it to be very useful. They like the information... https://t.co/u3kp30Pyue
@Citymapper is a goddamn national treasure. With all these mobility options, what a usability nightmare it is to wade through all the permutations and combinations for getting from point A to point B! Yet they keep at it, tirelessly, and with style. https://t.co/dgvBJxsSSx
Never usually do these kinds of posts but oh my hat, I just had the coolest @Citymapper bus driver ever. Mohamed took me from central to Old Street and was such a joker, dishing out banter and pretending he was the pilot of a boing jet. People like this guy make London great 😊
Having the best @Citymapper SmartRide ever. The driver is calling himself a pilot and just made this announcement to us: “This is your captain speaking, please fasten your seatbelts and help yourself to phone chargers and complimentary water, we are now ready for take off” 😂
I’m never really sold on product demos - real world usage is where it’s at for me.
The @Citymapper app is real deal tho: having it beep me when it’s time to get to my stop on the Apple Watch is amazing to actually experience https://t.co/94XUbFS24w
@citymapper I've been struggling so bad this week with the bloody SW industrial action, you're the only app that actually knows what they're talking about. Amazing work. Honestly, if you ever need help with your social media strategy just give me a shout.
